Bill joined Crawford, Smith and Swallow as a Partner in 1997. A graduate of Brock University, he earned the designation of Chartered Accountant in 1985. Bill provides advisory services to entrepreneurs and professionals. He is responsible for income tax compliance, planning and appeals, and has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course. He is also a CFP licensee. Bill has been recognized by the City of St. Catharines for his volunteer activities. He has served the Niagara Grape and Wine Festival, Canadian Henley Rowing Corporation and St. Catharines Chamber of Commerce as an executive officer and director. Bill is presently a member of the Board of Trustees of Brock University and serves as chairman of the Capital Properties and Facilities Committee, and member of the Executive Committee and Audit Committee. He is a past chairman of the Financial Planning and Human Resources Committee and Advancement and Community Relations Committee.
